Classic Concepts Edition
The Phantom Corsair was a FWD, straight-8, six passenger two door concept from 1938. The tires were completely skirted and the car also lacked door handles with the doors being opened electrically using push-buttons located on the exterior and the instrument panel which also featured a compass and altimeter.
The Cadillac Cyclone was a concept car from 1959 that featured a rear-mounted automaic transaxle, an all-wheel independent suspension and a radar operated crash avoidance system in the twin nose-cones. It also had a bubble top canopy with silver coating to protect from UV radiation.

I'm pretty sure that the Cyclone is considered a deadly weapon.

Corsair hands down. The most beautiful car ever created. In terms of design, although I love both, I'll take Art Deco over B-movie setpiece any day.

The corsair is one of the hidden cars in L.A. Noire.
I'll take the cyclone though.
